    • I just placed an order, when will it shipped?
    • Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS within 24 to 48 hours Mon-Fri.
    • Am I able to track my order?
    • As your order is placed, you will be notified when the order ships and the tracking number for your package.
    • Can I cancel an order once it's placed?
    • If you have just placed an order and would like to cancel it, please us the contact us form to notify us.

    • How can I return my order?

    • Is the item I would like to order in stock?
    • Items that are not in stock are identified as such. If you do order an item and it is out of stock, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
      Do I have to pay sales tax?
    • Orders delivered to Florida are assesed applicable sales tax.
